1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

The item is in its original packaging with all tags included

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Non-returnable items include:

Health and personal care items once opened

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Digital products or gift cards

2. Return Process

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are not granted for:

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If you received the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after review.
